Meet Renee

Renee is a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES®) and founder of Dynamic Downsizing. Her focus is helping seniors and their families navigate downsizing and life transitions with confidence. For Renee McCormick, helping seniors navigate a move is about much more than selling a house. It’s about the process of helping people make thoughtful decisions about their home, their belongings, their finances, and what they want the next chapter of life to look like. Renee created Dynamic Downsizing following the painful experience of downsizing her parents' home of 48 years. 

Renee McCormick is a Top 100 Keller Williams REALTOR® serving North Metro Atlanta. She's a member of Cobb County's top-performing real estate team, The Janice Overbeck Real Estate Team, a part of Keller Williams Atlanta North.  Raised in a family deeply rooted in real estate, she combines her knowledge of mortgages, construction, nonprofit development, and residential real estate to deliver exceptional client service. Recognized among the Top 100 Keller Williams agents in the Southeast Region, she is known for her concierge-level service, strategic guidance, and commitment to achieving outstanding results for her clients.

A Different Kind of Real Estate Experience: Real estate has been part of Renee’s life from an early age. She grew up in North Atlanta in a family deeply involved in the industry, gaining experience and perspective in mortgage lending, real estate, construction, remodeling, and the many financial decisions surrounding a home.

She later spent more than twelve years working in nonprofit development throughout Cobb and Fulton Counties, building relationships, connecting people with resources, and helping organizations serve their communities.

Those experiences came together in Dynamic Downsizing.

As an SRES® (Seniors Real Estate Specialist®) and North Atlanta real estate professional, Renee brings specialized real estate knowledge to the process while coordinating with trusted professionals who can help address the many other pieces of a transition.

Her role is not to tell you that you need to move.

Her role is to help you understand your options, make a plan, and move forward when — and if — the time is right for you.
